Caramel Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat caramels and a little less than the can of evaporated milk over low heat until caramels are melted.
    Increase heat to medium; simmer 3 to 4 minutes, until mixture is slightly thickened.
    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Good with apples or pound cake.
