Dutch Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen green beans
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. bean liquid plus water
    1/4 c. diced pimento
Preparation
    Cook beans according to package directions.
    Drain, saving liquid.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onion and cook until soft. Add flour and seasonings.
    Stir in vinegar and honey.
    Gradually add liquid.
    Cook over low heat, stirring until sauce is smooth and thickened.
    Remove from heat.
    Add beans and pimentos.
    Toss together.
