Debbie'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (30 oz.) jar Prego
    1 egg
    1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
    9 to 12 lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese (or more)
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck with onion; drain. Add Prego and simmer 5 minutes. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions on box. Drain noodles. Mix Ricotta and egg together. Spray Pam in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles in dish. Spread Ricotta mixture on noodles with spoon, holding noodles with fork.
    Spread spaghetti sauce and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    (We like lots of cheese!) I make 4 layers, you could do 3.
    Bake, covered with foil, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Don't forget the garlic bread. Enjoy.
