Italian Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
3 T. fresh parsley chopped, or 1 T. dried
6 c. crushed tomatoes, canned or fresh
1 1/2 t. salt
1 T. dried basil
1/2 T. oregano
4 T. honey
Preparation
-
Saute onion, garlic and parsley; add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Great for spaghetti, lasagna or manicotti.
