Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium squash
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
Preparation
    Put water in large skillet and add squash and onion.
    Cook until tender over medium heat.
    Drain and mash squash.
    Mix with electric mixer up to 3 eggs and 1/2 cup milk.
    Stir in grated cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Put cheese on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
