Linguini With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams (undrained)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. onion, powder
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    8 oz. linguini, cooked and drained
    pinch of black pepper
Preparation
    In large skillet, bring minced clams, olive oil, garlic, onion powder and parsley flakes to a boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat; stir in tomato, olives and Parmesan cheese.
    Toss hot linguini into clam sauce with black pepper.
    Makes 2 main dishes or 4 side dishes.
