Vegetable Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large potatoes, finely chopped
2 large onions
1/2 c. finely chopped carrots
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 cans beer or 3 c. water
4 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. half and half
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. snipped parsley to sprinkle on top
Preparation

Put all into a crock-pot and cook.
Add half and half and shredded cheese towards the end.
