Fresh Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2/3 c. butter
2 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation

Sift together flour and sugar.
Cut in butter until particles are size of small peas.
Save 3/4 cup of this mixture for crumb topping.
Add baking powder, salt, 2 egg yolks and 1 cup milk to mixture.
Beat at low speed for 3 minutes.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff.
Fold gently into batter.
Spread in oblong pan. Arrange blueberries over batter.
Sprinkle with reserved mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
