Vietnamese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. each: white vinegar, lime juice and fish sauce
1 medium onion, sliced
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. cabbage
3 c. carrots
2 c. diced/shredded chicken breast
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix white vinegar, lime juice and fish sauce.
Slice onion and add to sauce.
Add sugar.
Shred cabbage and carrots.
Add diced chicken breast.
Pepper to taste.
Add marinade and toss.
Serve alone or over shrimp chips.
