Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, cut up
    1 (8 or 9 oz.) can Ro-Tel
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can Brooks chili hot beans
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer chips and pour in meat mixture.
    Spread 8 or 10 ounces grated Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
