Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            10 to 12 medium potatoes
 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick butter
salt to taste
1/4 c. chives
garlic salt
1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
- 
                            Mix together all but last two ingredients.
 
Put garlic salt on top then Cheddar cheese on top.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
