Frozen Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            8 oz. cream cheese
 
3/4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 qt. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
2 graham cracker crusts
Preparation
- 
                            Whip cheese with mixture till fluffy.
 
Beat in sugar and peanut butter.
Fold in Cool Whip into mixture.
Divide evenly into 2 pie crusts.
Sprinkle each pie with 1/2 cup chopped peanuts.
Freeze until firm.
Can be kept frozen and stored for several weeks.
