Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced onion
1/4 c. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. sour cream (half a small carton)
Preparation

Simmer onion in butter until soft.
Add beef and garlic and sprinkle with the flour and seasonings.
Add mushrooms and cook about 5 minutes, stirring now and then to brown beef a bit.
Add soup and simmer 10 minutes.
Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
Heat gently and don't allow to boil.
Serve over Chinese noodles and garnish with chopped parsley.
