Beef And Bacon Super Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chopped bacon
    1 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained), chopped
    1 can pinto beans (undrained)
    1 c. Pace picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large chili pot, cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove from pot and drain grease away.
    Brown ground chuck until no pink remains. Add onion and green pepper.
    Add bacon and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
