Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
3 1/4 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

In a large bowl, stir butter, shortening, and sugar until creamy.
In a separate bowl, sift together cake flour and baking powder.
Add one egg, portion of flour and milk alternately until all eggs are used, beating thoroughly with mixer (slow speed). Add vanilla and lemon last.
Pour into a greased bundt pan, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hour.
