Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground pork
    1 c. uncooked regular rice
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 large onions, finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    cabbage
    tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper, sugar, onions and garlic as for meat loaf.
    Parboil cabbage until soft enough to handle. Loosen leaves.
    Cut out heavy grain.
    Roll meat in cabbage leaf. Cut leftover cabbage and line pan.
    Place rolls in pan with extra leaves between layers.
    Pour tomato juice over all (can dilute with water). Cover, boil and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    Let sit awhile before serving. Serve with sliced lemons.
