Vienna Bread - Stuffed - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf unsliced Vienna bread
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
    3 green onions, sliced thin with the green stems
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Score bread by slicing lengthwise to within 1/2-inch from the bottom in one-inch sections.
    Turn and do the same in other direction.
    Stuff bread with cheese and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle onions, poppy seed and seasoned salt over top.
