Paul'S Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. water
    1 lb. pecans or walnuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Whip egg and water.
    Stir in nuts.
    Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Sprinkle over nuts.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
