Skorthalia Garlic Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. boiling water
    3 c. Potato Buds (Betty Crocker)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. powdered milk (Carnation)
    1 c. white vinegar (Heinz)
    1 c. olive oil
    1 c. Mazola oil
    1 large head garlic, cleaned
    3/4 c. cold water
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Mix first

    ingredients in a large bowl; set aside to cool. Chop
    garlic
    cloves
    in
    Cuisinart.
    Add potatoes; mix well. Then
    starting
    with vinegar, add oil.
    Alternate until used; end with
    vinegar.
    Add pepper; mix until smooth.
    Last, add cold water and mix until creamy.
