Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2 medium onions
1 large green pepper, finely chopped
2 c. uncooked Minute rice
6 to 8 slices bread, soaked in water
salt and pepper to taste
2 large cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients and roll into ball, door knob size. Mix tomato sauce and sugar together and pour over meatballs. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover, turn meatballs over and bake 15 minutes more.
Makes large amount.
