Black-Eyed Pea Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    3/4 c. corn (small can)
    1 lb. sausage browned, drained
    1 c. cooked black-eyed peas
    1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine cornmeal, flour, soda, salt, eggs, buttermilk, oil, onion, jalapeno peppers, and corn; Mix well. Brown and drain sausage; add to cornmeal mixture. Add black-eyed peas and cheese. Mix and pour into greased baking pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
