Easy Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless beef sirloin
2 med. green or red peppers, cut into strips
1 med. onion, cut into wedges
1 can Franco-American beef gravy
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 c. cooked rice or noodles
Preparation

Slice beef into very thin strips.
In skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 Tbsp. oil.
Brown beef.
Remove beef and add 1 Tbsp. oil.
Add peppers and onion.
Cook over medium heat until tender-crisp.
Add gravy and sauce.
Return beef to pan. Heat.
Serve over rice.
