Sylvia'S Mashed Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large potato
1 box confectioners sugar
peanut butter

Preparation

Cook up one good-sized potato and mash well.
Start beating in powdered sugar into the mashed potato.
It will take about 1 box powdered sugar.
Mix enough powdered sugar into the potato until it is stiff enough to roll, then roll it out as if you were making a jelly roll and spread with peanut butter.
Roll up like a jelly roll and slice off.
Delicious candy!
