1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 large egg
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 oz. each: Jack and Cheddar cheeses, grated
1 (4 oz.) can green chilli peppers, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. tomato sauce
