Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. sliced, peeled peaches
    2 egg yolks or 1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/3 cups flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Cut in butter with 2 knives until crumbly.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons sour cream. Turn into 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan or 10-inch quiche.
    Pat evenly, making crust.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
