Wine Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. wine (sherry or port)
3 c. sugar
1/2 bottle Certo

Preparation

Put wine and sugar in top of double boiler over boiling water. Stir constantly until thoroughly heated.
Remove from fire.
Add Certo.
Pour in glasses and cover with Parowax.
