Spanish Hamburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    6 celery stalks, finely chopped
    8 slices toasted bread
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 bottle catsup
Preparation
    Fry meat, onions, celery, salt and pepper until meat is gray (don't brown).
    Break toast into small pieces and put in a large roaster with hamburger mixture.
    Pour tomato juice and catsup over all and mix.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Makes delicious hot sandwiches for a gathering.
    Serves 30.
