Texas Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 well beaten eggs
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can creamy corn
    1 c. grated cheese
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    (If using self-rising flour, omit baking powder and salt.)
