Peanut Butter Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir the first 5 ingredients on low heat until mixture bubbles.
    In a large bowl, mix the sugar, flour and baking soda. Stir in hot mixture into dry ingredients.
    Beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
    Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until puffed and firm to touch in center.
    After cake has cooled, spread on peanut butter (1 1/2 cups), then add on icing.
