Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large potatoes, peeled and sliced (1/4-inch thin)
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. salt substitute seasoning mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven
to 350\u00b0.\tSpread half of potato slices in a 1 1/2 to 2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with half of seasoning and cheese.
Spread
other
half
of
potatoes over this. Combine milk and
soup and pour over all.
Sprinkle remaining seasoning and cheese
on\ttop.
Bake,
uncovered,

75 minutes or until lightly browned.
