Carne Desebrada(Shredded Meat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast or carne para cocer
    1 chopped onion
    2 chopped tomatoes
    1 1/2 or 2 chopped peppers (bell, Pablano or Anaheim)
    garlic, salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place meat in pot and cover with water.
    Boil until tender. Save liquid.
    When cool, shred meat and place in pot with 1 1/2 cups of leftover liquid.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer approximately 35 minutes.
    Meat may be served with side dishes or wrapped in corn or flour tortillas.
