Tourtiere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground pork butts
    potatoes for 5 people
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook meat, onions and spices, covered with water for 1 hour, simmering.
    Boil potatoes separately.
    Break up, mix with meat. Makes enough for 2 pies.
