Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 916 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained (press out excess liquid)
    4 (4 x 6-inch) slices natural Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. bottled Thousand Island dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place the chicken in a greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place sauerkraut over the chicken.
    Top with the Swiss cheese slices.
    Pour the Thousand Island dressing evenly over the cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
