White Chocolate Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (2 sticks) margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (10 oz.) bag Hershey's vanilla chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat sugar and margarine until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
    Stir together flour, soda and salt, then gradually blend into butter mixture. Stir in pecans and vanilla chips.
    Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 8 to 9 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Cool slightly, then remove from cookie sheet.
    Cool completely.
    Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
