Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs, well beaten
1 Tbsp. corn meal
juice of 2 lemons
pie shell
Preparation

Cream the sugar and butter.
Add eggs, one at a time, then the meal and juice. Bake in a pie crust at 325\u00b0.
