Kahlua(Fabulous) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 Tbsp. coffee
3 c. sugar
4 c. water (3 for thicker liquid)
1 vanilla bean

Preparation

Boil, then simmer for 1 hour covered.
Cool.
Add 1 fifth vodka.
Pour in clean, corked bottle.
Store for 3 weeks in a cool, dark place.
Makes 1/2 gallon.
