Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sauteed sliced mushrooms
    sliced zucchini
    chopped tomato
    sliced green onions
    Bearnaise sauce (Knorr)
    crumbled well cooked bacon
    grated Jack cheese
    eggs, beaten with milk, salt and pepper and Tabasco sauce
    olive oil
    garlic
    margarine
Preparation
    Cook the zucchini, green onions and garlic in olive oil and margarine until the zucchini is tender.
    Add the mushrooms, crumbled bacon and the tomato.
    Stir in the eggs.
    As they cook, add the cheese and the sauce.
    Pass the extra Bearnaise sauce around.
    Serve with a green salad and garlic bread.
