Hamburg-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can of water
    1/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of pepper
    1/2 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Cook fat, hamburg and onion for about 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes in greased casserole dish.
    Remove from oven and add 1/2 can chow mein noodles and bake 10 minutes more.
