Beef A La Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    16 oz. broiled mushrooms (use liquid)
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak in 3/4-inch pieces.
    Dip meat in flour, brown in fat, add onions, garlic and mushrooms.
    Cook a few minutes, then add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice cooked in consomme soup.
    Also good served over noodles.
