Cheeseburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. baking mix
4 to 5 Tbsp. water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until beef is browned and onion is tender. Stir in catsup, Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons baking mix.
Mix well and set aside.
