Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Stir and mix well.
    Place in a flat type dish and cover with sharp grated cheese. Don't use a casserole, the flat type pan is better so the potatoes will be crunchy (10 x 15-inch pan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
