Zucchini Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 small boxes apricot jello (or any flavor)
    1/2 c. water
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    6 c. sugar
    1 box Sure Jell
Preparation
    Gently boil water and zucchini for 6 minutes.
    Add drained pineapple, lemon juice and sugar; boil for 6 more minutes.
    Add jello and Sure Jell; bring to a rolling boil for 2 minutes.
    Seal in jar or put wax on them.
