Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger or ground sirloin
1 c. chopped celery
1 large zucchini (1 lb.)
salt and pepper to taste
1 (1 lb.) can Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook beef and celery in skillet.
Brown zucchini in skillet drippings.
Alternate layers of zucchini and beef in shallow 2-quart baking dish, sprinkling with salt and pepper to taste. Stir together tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and sugar.
Pour over casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until zucchini is tender.
