Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can potato soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    Parmesan cheese
    chopped pimento (if desired)
Preparation
    Prepare broccoli according to directions; drain and cool.
    Mix soup, sour cream and broccoli together.
    For color, stir in chopped pimento.
    Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
