Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
    2 lb. stew meat
    4 carrots
    4 stalks celery
    5 medium potatoes
    2 onions, cut in chunks
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well.
    Place meat and vegetables in a casserole dish and pour the V-8 mixture over them.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours, stirring occasionally.
