Old Fashion Plain Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla or flavoring of your choice

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs one at a time, beating real good after each one.
Add flour with buttermilk, a little at a time, beating after each time.
Add vanilla or flavoring of your choice.
Pour into tube cake pan that has been greased.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
Real good.
