French Toast With Pineapple Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 piece white bread
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. evaporated skim milk
    1 egg, beaten
    few grains of salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar or equal amount sweetener
Preparation
    Place bread in a flat dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over bread and let stand until bread absorbs egg mixture.
    Brown on warm nonstick griddle.
