Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked squash
1 c. medium sharp cheese, diced
2 small carrots, grated
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
3 tsp. onions, chopped
3 tsp. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoning stuffing mix
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the herb seasoning stuffing mix.
Add sour cream last.
Pour into well-greased 6 x 12-inch baking dish.
Add herb seasoning stuffing mix.
Bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve hot.
Makes 8 servings.
