Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 eggs or Egg Beaters
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. buttermilk (can use 1 c. skim milk with Tbsp. vinegar)
1 c. boiling water
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Cream together sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and mix well. Sift into bowl the flour, salt and cocoa.
Alternately add flour mixture and buttermilk to creamed batter, beating well between each addition.
Then add boiling water that has had the 2 teaspoons of baking soda added to it.
The batter will be runny. Beat well.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
