Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 envelope Ranch dressing (dry)
    2 c. shredded cheese (variety)
    4 c. finely cut vegetables (your choice; broccoli, onions, bell pepper, fresh mushrooms, etc.)
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls out on cookie sheet; bake until brown. Mix cream cheese and Ranch dressing together; spread on cooked crust.
    Sprinkle with vegetables and cheese, pressing occasionally to firm.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Keep refrigerated.
